Club affiliation to SBF

An application for affiliation to SBF can be accepted and submitted to the SBF Executive Committee for approval only after the following conditions have been met:

• the applicant submits a photocopy of its statutes (approved by the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic) and a duly completed Application for affiliation to SBF with signatures and stamp
• the applicant submits the original registration forms or registers online (SBF member registration form), with all mandatory attachments, at least three new members, one of whom must be a qualified boxing coach
• the applicant provides the details of the qualified boxing coach (name and surname, qualification level, date of the exam, certificate number, name and surname of the person who issued the certificate and the name of the training institution)
• the applicant provides the exact name of the civic association, company ID (IČO), registered address (street, number, postcode, town, district), and e-mail and phone contacts for the coaches and the statutory body
• the applicant submits proof of payment of the affiliation fee (EUR 300.00)
