If the boxer’s record book is lost, damaged or for other reasons, an athlete may apply for a duplicate.
To obtain a duplicate record book, the athlete fills in the Application for a duplicate record book and pays the fee.
The fee for the first duplicate is EUR 50.00 (each further duplicate EUR 100.00) and is paid to the SBF account – SK55 0200 0000 0018 0489 4059
